Shintech Systems Co., Ltd. — Qiaotou Science Park Plant

Shintech Systems Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Sitronix Group, has been dedicated since its founding in 2014 to developing probe cards and semiconductor testing solutions — with all technologies independently developed in-house and manufactured through a modular approach, providing advanced probe interface cards and test platforms for the global semiconductor industry. The Qiaotou Science Park facility serves as the first-phase R&D and manufacturing base for semiconductor packaging and testing equipment components. Facing stringent temperature control demands inherent to precision semiconductor manufacturing, the plant adopted KING SUN's HKD Cooling Tower. Delivering superior heat dissipation and robust long-term reliability, the HKD Cooling Tower provides consistent round-the-clock cooling support — ensuring precise process temperature management and enabling Shintech Systems to continue playing a key role in southern Taiwan's advanced semiconductor supply chain.
