大井泵浦工業股份有限公司台南廠

台灣大井泵浦工業股份有限公司（WALRUS）創立於1967年，深耕水泵設計研發、製造生產與銷售服務逾五十年，並榮獲「台灣精品獎」、「國家品牌玉山獎」等多項殊榮，產品行銷全球百餘國，為台灣具代表性的專業水泵領導品牌。

本次大井泵浦台南廠導入日本三菱FRP組合式水箱，採用玻璃纖維強化塑膠（FRP）材質，具備輕量化、耐腐蝕與優異耐候性能，並透過模組化設計實現彈性組裝與快速施工，有效滿足製造廠房對儲水設備之高規格需求。

該系統穩定支援廠區生產製程用水與消防儲水調配，具備良好密封性與結構強度，確保整體水資源供應之安全與可靠性，同時提升設備耐用度與管理效率，為大井泵浦持續精進製造品質提供穩固的基礎。

Walrus Pump Co., Ltd., founded in 1967, has over five decades of expertise in water pump design, R&D, manufacturing, and service. Recognized with prestigious honors such as the Taiwan Excellence Award and the National Brand Yushan Award, its products are distributed to more than 100 countries, establishing Walrus as a leading pump manufacturer in Taiwan.

In this project, the Walrus Tainan Plant adopted Mitsubishi’s FRP modular water tank. Constructed with fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), the system offers lightweight structure, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior weather durability. Its modular design enables flexible configuration and efficient on-site installation, meeting the high-standard requirements of industrial water storage systems.

The system reliably supports both process water supply and fire protection storage across the facility, ensuring stable operation and enhanced safety. With strong structural integrity and sealing performance, the installation enhances overall water resource management efficiency and provides a solid foundation for Walrus Pump’s continued pursuit of manufacturing excellence.
